December 4th’s trip to La Hacienda orphanage in Baja Mexico was a holiday success!!! Monkey bars were hung on, soccer balls were flying and faces were painted. Volunteers brought down a whole lot of holiday cheer as well as everyday necessities like toilet paper, cleaning supplies, food, tooth paste and hugs. This past Saturday’s trip brought so much joy and so many smiles to both the children and volunteers. It also brought much awareness to the current conditions of the home; the amount of repairs and support that is needed is significant.
